Veteran Nollywood actress, Idowu Philips, popularly called Iya Rainbow, definitely has the love of her fans at heart as she decided to drop words of motivation.
In the post which she shared on her official Instagram page, the movie star revealed that she had been in the movie industry since 1965 and it had been a long journey.

She then proceeded to motivate her fans based on life experience, stating that whenever they were in doubt about how far they could go, they should remember how far they had come instead.
Iya Rainbow further said that strength came from struggles rather than wins.
She wrote:
“I remember 1965 when i started acting it’s a long journey. Whenever you find yourself doubting how far you can go, just remember how far you have come. Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength.”
