Garmin’s running and fitness watches are among the many items on sale for Labor Day weekend. We’ll be tracking deals on everything else here, but let’s get to the watches. Garmin’s newest models aren’t on sale, unfortunately, but this is a great time to snag slightly older models at a discount. Here are the ones I’d consider if I were buying a new Garmin today.
Garmin’s Venu 3 is on sale for an all-time-low price, currently $291.90 for the larger 45-millimeter version in black. This is a full-featured fitness watch, with morning reports, ECG readings, and a 14-day battery life. It originally retailed for $449.99, and usually doesn’t go below about $350 on sale days.
Other Labor Day fitness watch deals:
The Vivoactive 5 is on sale for $181.97 this weekend, nearly an all-time low according to price-tracking tools. It was $299.99 when it first came out, and normally sits around $229.99 now that it’s not the newest model. I’ve long thought the Vivoactive 5 is one of Garmin’s most underrated watches. It’s got a sleek, lightweight style, with a touchscreen that makes it easy to use, but it still has physical buttons to start and stop your workouts. I found its heart rate and location accuracy to be very good.
The best deals on Garmin Forerunners for Labor Day
Garmin’s Forerunner line is the one targeted specifically at runners, but it’s great for fitness of all types. The Forerunner 965, originally released in 2023, was a top-of-the-line model that is still an excellent pick. It has maps, and a ton of running analytics that you can pore over after your workouts. It’s on sale right now for $499.99, normally $599.99.
Other Labor Day Garmin Forerunner deals:
-
The entry-level Forerunner 165, $199.99 (normally $249.99)
-
The Forerunner 265, $349.99 (normally $449.99), one of my favorite running watches of all time.
-
The Forerunner 265S, $349.99 (normally $449.99). This is the same watch as the 265, but in a smaller size and with a slightly better battery life.
