Lambkin joins after 13 years with B+K and will help Caddick build its regional operation as the firm targets the growing pipeline of high-rise residential projects. His recent projects include Capital&Centric’s £60m Goods Yard build-to-rent scheme in Stoke-on-Trent and the £130m IQ Echo Street student accommodation development in Manchester. Lambkin will oversee schemes from pre-construction through to completion and work alongside clients and project teams across the full development lifecycle. He is also a registered CIOB member with experience taking higher-risk building projects through the Building Safety Act gateway approval process. The appointment follows Caddick’s recruitment of another former B+K employee, Paul Sykes, as regional managing director for the East Midlands in May as the contractor expands beyond its established West Midlands operation. Sykes said: “Mark’s extensive experience with complex, high-profile developments aligns perfectly with our ambitions to continue delivering high-quality, sustainable projects for our clients.”
