Wimbledon 2019 LIVE: Scores, results, Andy Murray plays doubles, Roger Federer, Rafa Nadal latest

Follow the latest updates live from day four at Wimbledon where Andy Murray will return for the first time since 2017, while Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal and Serena Williams are also in action on a bumper day at SW19.

Murray will be in doubles action alongside Pierre-Hugues Herbert in what is his first match at Wimbledon in two years, having also announced that he will unite with Williams to compete in the mixed doubles later in the tournament. A court has not been set for Murray’s return, with organisers hopeful of putting the three-time Grand Slam champion on either Centre Court or No 1 Court, but the match will not begin before 5:30pm at the earliest.

Elsewhere, Nadal faces a blockbuster clash with hothead Nick Kyrgios in a rivalry that contains plenty of bad blood, while Britain’s Cameron Norrie is up first on Centre Court against No 8 seed Kei Nishikori. In between those matches, Johanna Konta takes on Katerina Siniakova, while Roger Federer faces British hopeful Jay Clarke in the day’s second match on No 1 Court. Follow the live action below.

CENTRE COURT UPDATE

Jo Konta takes the first set 6-3 against Siniakova – she currently has an 80% 1st serve record, which is excellent.

Would be lovely to have two British women in the third round on Saturday, Konta is half-way there.

Clarke 1-6 4-3 Federer*

Clarke does well to hold to 30 from 15-30 down, and it remains on serve in the second set.

GAME, SET, MATCH DAN EVANS! Evans def. Basilashvili 6-3 6-2 7-6(2)

Dan Evans is through to the third round of Wimbledon for the second time, eventually wrapping it up against Nikoloz Basilashvili on his 5th match point.

A deserved win, by far the better player, and he’ll play either Marin Cilic or Joao Sousa on Saturday.

2019-07-04T13:46:30.103Z

Evans holds and so does Basilashvili, and we’re going to a tiebreak!

Evans had a little pop at the Georgian’s players box, and Basilashvili wasn’t happy about it – the battlelines have been drawn!

2019-07-04T13:36:33.003Z

Basilashvili holds for 5-5, and the Georgian has somehow clawed his way back into the match!

2019-07-04T13:34:55.626Z

Evans scrambles from 30-15 to 30-40, but on his 4th match point a 2nd serve is in by inches after a challenge! Back to deuce.
