Milan met with Theo Hernandez today and it’s reported Real Madrid are prepared to loan him out for just the €2m salary.
Director and club icon Paolo Maldini was photographed by El Chiringuito sitting down with Hernandez in Ibiza today and it’s rumoured agent Manuel Garcia Quilon was also present.
The 21-year-old left-back spent this season on loan at Real Sociedad and there does not seem to be any room for him at the Bernabeu.
Hernandez cost €24m to purchase from Atletico Madrid in the summer of 2017.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Real Madrid are open to a dry loan – so without an option or obligation to buy – with Milan only having to cover his €2m salary.
Calciomercato.com had suggested the talks were for a loan with option to buy for €18-20m.
