You are here: Home / Cryptocurrency News / Solana Price Prediction: Is SOL Preparing for a Breakout Toward $276? Solana (SOL) remains trapped in a broad range as buyers defend support and sellers reject higher levels. A confirmed breakout could strengthen bullish momentum, while a breakdown may trigger renewed selling.
Meanwhile, Solana’s growing dominance in tokenized assets highlights its expanding role in DeFi. At the time of writing, SOL is trading at $75.31 with a 24-hour trading volume of $588.8 million and a market capitalization of $43.88 billion.

SOL Price Breakout Above $81 Could Target $276
According to the crypto analyst The Boss, SOL remains trapped within a broad weekly range as buyers and sellers struggle to establish control following the sharp sell-off.
The price continues to face repeated rejection near overhead resistance, while the lower support zone remains intact. This sideways structure suggests that momentum is still limited, leaving the market without a confirmed directional trend for now. Source: The Boss’ X Post
The next action may be what determines the short-term trend for SOL. The breakout above the level of $81 would reinforce the bullish formation, and the buyers can take control of the price and take it up to $113, $138, $184, $206, and up to $276, whereas the breakdown below the support level would reverse the buying interest, weakening the recovery formation.
Solana Dominates Tokenized Stocks in DeFi
The data from Token Terminal further highlighted that Solana stands out as the top blockchain in terms of stock tokens that are placed in DeFi wallets, having a 64.5% market share.
This indicates that Solana is way ahead of Ethereum, BNB Chain, Robinhood Chain, and Base, which shows the significance of Solana in the context of tokenized traditional assets being placed in the on-chain environment. Source: Token Terminal’s X Post
Ethereum is next at 13.5%, followed by BNB Chain at 12.5%, Robinhood Chain at 7.0%, and Base at 2.4%. This illustrates the strength of Solana in the growing space of tokenized assets.
Its potential is likely to increase in DeFi even more in the coming days, provided that there is enough liquidity and other factors in place. Despite the bullish price predictions and network growth, the SOL price is moving in neutral territory. This move is also backed by the general trend in the crypto market as the Bitcoin price has started to move downward. What Comes Next for Solana?
The next course of action for SOL will depend on whether or not the buyers are able to clear their resistance and make bullish momentum stick.
A successful breakout will lead to further gains, whereas a breakdown below the support level will encourage the sellers once again. Also Read: Solana Price Targets $85 as Buyers Defend Key $73–$75 Support Zone
