The 2026 football season for the Auburn Tigers is on the horizon. As we anticipate the start of the season, let’s introduce you to a key member of the 2026 roster.
Cole Skinner was one of 13 players to follow Alex Golesh from USF and comes with experience at multiple positions across the offensive line. Last season, Skinner started games at right guard and left tackle, but also compiled 49 snaps at left guard.
As fall camp heats up, Skinner will work out at several positions. However, he was focused at right guard during Auburn’s spring practice session, and mentioned that he saw time at center as well. Auburn football has plenty of open jobs available on its offensive line entering the 2026 season, and Cole Skinner has the versatility to take any position he wants.
