Market value of Super Eagles defensive midfielder Wilfred Ndidi has risen from €36m to €45m after the end of 2019/20 Premier League season in which Leicester City finished fifth.

Ndidi and his teammates at Leicester City wanted to finish the out-gone season among the top four, but they will have to play in the Europa League next term.

The Super Eagles star was impressive for Leicester City throughout the season which has however helped his market value.

His Nigerian teammate Kelechi Iheanacho also has his own valuation risen even though he played limited games last term.

While midfielder Ndidi has seen his market value increase by as much as €9 million from €36m to €45m, Iheanacho valuation has jumped from €12m to €15m increasing by €3m.

Ndidi has 120 Premier League games under his belts across four seasons scoring six goals.

He was in the Super Eagles team that played at the 2019 African Cup of Nations where Nigeria won bronze beating Tunisia in the third place game.

Earlier, Legit.ng had reported how Nigerian forward Kelechi Iheanacho maybe leaving Leicester City this summer as Aston Villa and West Brom are reportedly in serious race to sign the Super Eagles star.

At the recently concluded Premier League season won by Liverpool, Kelechi Iheanacho struggled at Leicester City as Jamie Vardy was the number one choice.

And the England international even finished the Premier League season as the highest goal-scorer winning the golden boot.

Despite not having enough chances to play, Kelechi Iheanacho scored 10 goals in 29 games for Leicester City.

After struggling to score goals last season and also escaped relegation, Aston Villa are looking for new striker who will help them next season in the Premier League.
