Fiorentina goalkeeper Alban Lafont is in France and expected to complete his Nantes transfer, as Bartlomiej Dragowski gets the Viola gloves.
While Dragowski received several big offers over the last couple of months, including from Southampton, it seems as if the Poland international has done enough to convince his club to bet on him.
According to multiple sources in Italy and France, Lafont is already in Paris and will sign for Nantes this weekend.
It’s expected to be a two-season loan with option to buy in 2021.
Lafont is still only 20 years old and was signed from Toulouse for €8m last summer.
He conceded 46 goals in 38 competitive games for Fiorentina, making some great reaction saves, but also very shaky on crosses and set plays.
