Lucas Torreira’s agent has invited Milan to make an offer for the Arsenal midfielder as working under Marco Giampaolo again would be ‘special’.
Torreira has emerged as Milan’s top midfield target in recent days, given they are about to appoint his Sampdoria boss Giampaolo.
“I don’t know anything about the Rossoneri’s interest, no-one’s contacted me,” Pablo Bentancur told Calciomercato.com.
“I learned about this possibility through the Press.”
Bentancur was then asked if Giampaolo’s call would be ‘special’…
“Yes, clearly.”
Despite the Rossoneri’s will to land the Uruguayan and possibly offer Franck Kessie in exchange, Arsenal are refusing to sell.
