While some people frown upon women who propose to men. Oloye Akin Alabi believes it is normal.
Responding to a question about whether a woman should propose to a man, the House of Representative member stated that it is in fact a common thing.
He wrote: “The reality is that women propose to men all the time. Maybe not the elaborate public proposal but in many relationships, we know women have asked their boyfriends to marry them.”
