Authorities have arrested 12 leaders of Juventus ultras groups as part of a nationwide investigation.
ANSA reports the arrests involved members of Juve’s main ultras groups – Drughi, Tradizione-Antichi valori, Viking, Nucleo 1985 e Quelli… di via Filadelfia.
The charges relate to various crimes, including criminal conspiracy, blackmail, money laundering and violence.
The agency adds the Old Lady aided the investigation and that more searches are under way across Italy as authorities clamp down on hooliganism.
