Sergio Ramos and Conor McGregor could be set for a showdown as the UFC lightweight has jokingly responded to the Real Madrid captain after he was called out.
The Notorious told the Spain international to stay ready after the veteran defender cheekily taunted the Irishman by captioning his Instagram clip with:

The Irish Mixed Martial Artist (MMA) then responded:
“Stay Ready, my brother Sergio! We have a big fight coming up.”
McGregor and Dustin Poirier are set for a showdown for the UFC lightweight championship on January 23, 2021, after Khabib Nurmangomendov retired as champion.
The 32-year-old will be looking to repeat the feat against Poirier during their first clash in 2014 at the UFC 178 where he recorded a knockout victory over the American.
Meanwhile, Ramos is currently recovering from a hamstring injury and has not played for Los Blancos in their last two matches.
Zinedine Zidane’s side lost to Deportivo Alaves in La Liga as well as to Shakhtar Donetsk in the Champions League without their inspirational captain.
The 34-year-old appeared to be in good shape after spending plenty of time in the gym while in rehab.
The Spaniard has posted several video clips of himself walking shirtless and grinning following a workout and flexed his muscles towards the camera.
Ramos has just been nominated as one of 11 players for The Best FIFA men’s player award after leading Madrid to the La Liga title last season.
