Three Mobile has crashed across the UK leaving thousands of users without service this morning.
According to DownDetector the issues started at around 23:32 BST last night, and have continued on into this morning.
An outage map indicates that customers across the UK are affected by the outage, with reports from Manchester, London, Glasgow, Birmingham and Leeds, to name a few.
While the reason for the outage remains unclear, of those who reported issues, 42% said the problem was with mobile internet, 38% with their mobile phone, and 19% were getting no signal.
Speaking to BBC Breakfast, a spokesperson for the Three Network said: “We are currently looking into an issue with our network. We could like to apologise to our customers for any inconvenience.”
Many frustrated users have taken to Twitter to vent their frustrations at the outage.
One user wrote: “Three UK can you at least acknowledge theres an issue so we know you’re working on it?”
Another added: “Can you at least tell people what’s happening and if you’re fixing it? Stranded at work with no ability to make calls or send messages and nothing from Three to hint at when it’s being fixed, or even if it is!”
And one wrote: “You know, it’d be nice if a communications company actually bothered to communicate. I’m more annoyed at that than the network crashing. 8.5 hrs and still nothing but silence from 3. *Very* poor show
