Spanish professional football star Thiago Alcantara has denied reports linking him with a move away from German and European champions Bayern Munich.

The 29-year-old has been linked with a move to join Premier League champions Liverpool this summer in what would be a massive transfer.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is said to be a big fan of Thiago Alcantara and wants the central midfielder at Anfield.

Thiago Alcantara was superb in Bayern Munich’s Champions League campaign beating Paris-Saint-Germain in the final to lift the prestigious trophy.

Speaking ahead of Spain’s clash with Ukraine on Saturday, Thiago, when asked about his future, went against what has been said by Bayern’s top brass.

“I have not told anyone that I’m leaving,” declared the playmaker on Saturday. Every year you put me at a different club.

“For me, my future is tomorrow’s game and there is nothing more to say. I neither care nor am I interested. What interests me is tomorrow,” Alcantara explained according to UK Mirror.

Liverpool are also reported to be planning to sell forward Wijnaldum for them to gather enough money to move for Alcantara.

The 28-year-old helped Bayern win the treble including their sixth Champions League title in Lisbon a few weeks back.

Brazilian featured against his former side in the quarter finals of the elite competition and scored two goals which he refused to celebrate any of the goals.

He also made an appearance in the finals against Paris Saint-Germain as the Bavarians cruised to win their third trophy of the season.
