The PIL, yet to be mentioned for a hearing, said it was raising the issue of “attempt to conceal and curtail personal assets in affidavits dated May 9, 2020, and October 2,2019, respectively, filed by Thackeray and Waikar” together with their nomination papers under the provisions of
Representation of People Act
“despite having a statutory duty to disclose the same”.
