1. Folorunso Alakija
Folorunso Alakija is a billionaire businesswoman and the richest woman in Nigeria. She is also the second most successful woman in Africa.

The 69-year-old woman is also a philanthropist and the executive vice-chairman of Famfa Oil Limited.
2. Hajia Bola Shagaya
Hajia Bola Shagaya is the managing director of Practoil Limited, one of the largest importers and distributors of base oil in Nigeria.
The business magnate did not become a billionaire overnight. She started her career with the audit department of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) before venturing into commercial activities in 1983.
3. Daisy Danjuma
Daisy is a lawyer who ventured into politics. She is the third richest woman in Nigeria.
She represented Edo South senatorial district at the upper chamber between 2003 and 2007. The 68-year-old woman has also served as the chairman of South Atlantic Petroleum (SAPETRO).
Daisy is currently a member of national and international bar associations.

4. Fifi Ejindu
The businesswoman and architect is the fourth richest woman in Nigeria. She is into real estate, oil and gas, and architectural projects.
The business mogul and philanthropist is the great-granddaughter of King James Ekpo Bassey of Cobham Town in Calabar.
5. Dr Stella Okoli
Dr Stella Okoli is a pharmacist and the founder of Emzor Pharmace*tical Industries Limited.
She is also a philanthropist who established a charity firm that helps the needy financially and provides healthcare services for them.
She has held the position of vice president and chairperson of the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN).
Dr Stella Okoli is a pharmacist and the fifth richest Nigerian woman.
