Roma’s Davide Santon says the team “must find consistency,” as they prepare to face Verona in tonight’s 19:45 GMT kick off.
The Giallorossi are coming off the back of an impressive 3-0 away win against Basaksehir in the Europa League and the right-back says they need to continue in this form.
“We must find consistency, because these are important matches. We are playing away from home against a good side. They run a lot and it certainly won’t be easy,” Santon told Roma TV.
“Playing on Thursday means you don’t have much time to recover so we will have to be careful. But obviously we are Roma and we have to win.”
A Roma win would take them back into the Champions League places. Verona are in eighth position.
