Milan reportedly do not intend to make any sales in January, despite posting record losses of €146m.
Gazzetta dello Sport ran on its Thursday front page that the futures of Suso and Gianluigi Donnarumma had been thrown back into doubt as a result of Milan’s poor financial results.
However, Tuttomercatoweb and Milan News assure the Rossoneri have no plans to sell any of their first-team players when the transfer window reopens.
As per the websites, shifting players at this stage “would be inconsistent with seasonal targets.”
“In addition to this, backtracking now on major investments made this year and last would not give any results,” added TMW.
The Diavolo – now coached by Stefano Pioli – resume their Serie A campaign against Lecce this weekend.
