Purdue Pharma LP said Thursday that a summer trial over its multibillion-dollar bankruptcy exit plan could be delayed if the OxyContin maker is unable to resolve open challenges to its proposal.
Stamford, Conn.-based Purdue is negotiating with different constituencies that have raised legal challenges to its disclosure statement, a document outlining its chapter 11 exit plan for creditors entitled to vote on it.
