Jelena Mandic shared an extremely inspiring story about Surprise Khoza. Surprise is a local artist that does not allow his disability to affect his passion or work. Jelena shared a few images of Surprise to the #ImStaying group. Part of her post read:

“Surprise studied fine art at Wits and specialises in painting and mixed media, creating South African art that views the world through his unique perspective.”

A post on Suprise’s Facebook page stated that he paints using either his mouth or his hands, depending on the artwork. Surprise also relies on a wheelchair for mobility and has prosthetic legs. Surprise utilises his body in whatever way he can.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported that a Nigerian fine artist, Chubby Onyesoro, wowed social media with his work and people’s reactions are a mix of wonder and praise at his masterpiece.

Onyesoro said that he is a 3D pencil artist as he shared one of his many works on Twitter on Saturday, November 21.

Not only did people help him to massively share his post, but they were also stunned by how he was able to pull a drawing that seems to have a life of its own with just a pencil.
