No man is an island and this term holds more meaning whenever people rally round to help a person who is not even directly related to them.
Nigerian veteran actor, Kayode Olasehinde ‘Ajirebi’ aka Pa James, recently had cause to give thanks and celebrate after people rallied round to come to his aid after he found himself in a fix.
The actor’s plight was recently shared on social media after his home was completely taken over by flood due to the heavy rainfalls.
Seeing as he is an old man, his living condition was in a sorry state and fans and colleagues came together to get him somewhere better to stay.

In a new video that was shared on Instagram by actor Kunle Afod, Pa James thanked fans and his colleagues for coming to his aid.
In the video, the veteran film star continued to pray for those who helped him. Pa James said that whenever his house got flooded the way it did, it led to him having high blood pressure and falling sick.

Pa James also expressed a lot of surprise that people who are unrelated to him could come to his aid in large numbers.
He also thanked his colleagues such as Funke Akindele, Toyin Abraham, Okiki and Bimbo Afolayan, Ibrahim Chatta, Woli Arole, Faithia Williams, to name a few.
Speaking further, the comic actor cleared the air on the assistance he got from Funke Akindele. Pa James recounted how Funke told him to leave his former residence as soon as possible and look for an apartment to rent and that she would pay for it, a promise she indeed kept.

In other related news, Legit.ng reported that Pa James was gifted a plot of land from a good Samaritan after news of his flooded home went viral.
The kindhearted businessman identified as Adekunle Ajayi who is the CEO of Palm View Estate, took to his official page on the photo-sharing app, Instagram, to share the news of his gift to the much-loved actor.
Ajayi while making the announcement tagged actor, Kunle Afod, and instructed him to contact the brand ambassador of the firm in other to facilitate the allocation of land for Pa James.
