The BBNaija 2020 Lockdown show recently came to an end after Laycon was named the winner of the reality show.
The young rapper was no doubt a favourite of many as he gathered 60% of the votes with the second position, Dorathy, having only 21% votes.
After Laycon was named the winner, a number of celebs, organisations and important personalities took to social media to celebrate his good fortune.
Laycon emerged the winner of BBNaija 2020 Lockdown season.

Just recently, the governor of Ogun state, Dapo Abiodun, took to social media to congratulate Laycon for being a good ambassador of the state.
Laycon was said to have emerged as one of the best in academic and social engagements and that his win was a confirmation of his brilliance and maturity.
The state government then promised to continue to empower youths through different means including job creation.
In his words:

In other related news, Legit.ng earlier reported that Kogi state governor, Yahaya Bello, congratulated BBNaija 2020 winner, Laycon.
Bello shared a video of him in his bedroom watching the grand finale of the programme. In the video, the governor was seated on a sofa beside his bed as he faced the smart TV on the wall.
Some members of his family seemed to also have been watching the show with him as some voices were heard jubilating immediately Ebuka revealed Laycon as the winner.
Reacting to the excitement of the people watching the show with him, Bello stated that Laycon’s win was expected. According to him, the Fierce crooner earned it.
