Jun. 19—The Duluth Huskies took a 2-0 lead in the first inning and never looked back in a 5-4 victory at the Waterloo Bucks in Northwoods League play Friday.
After falling behind 4-0, the Bucks fought back with two runs in the bottom of the fifth inning to pull within two, and two runs in the bottom of the eighth to get within one.

Blayne Robinson led the Huskies at the plate, going 2-for-5 with two doubles, two RBIs and a run scored. Lead-off hitter Ryan McNally powered the Bucks, going 2-for-4 with an RBI and run scored.
The Huskies are back in action Saturday, taking on the La Crosse Loggers at 6:05 p.m. in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
