Nigerian fashion entrepreneur and media personality, Toke Makinwa, recently left tongues wagging after she took to the platform to state that her son would be lucky to end up with a woman like herself.
Despite running a successful fashion empire and being one of the top media personalities in Nigeria, there are many people who are of the opinion that she did not attain success from hard work.
A Twitter user made a post in which he prayed for women that their sons would end up with ladies exactly like them.

In her Instastory, Toke shared the tweet and responded with an amen. She went on to write:
“Ameen!!! My son would be luckyto end up with a woman like me tbh. They don’t make them like me no more.”

Meanwhile, the fashion slayer who had been quite open about her divorce from her long-time boyfriend turned husband, Maje Ayida, recently spoke on how she moved on from the separation.
The TV girl opened up after a fan who seemed to be going through the same thing reached out to her for advice on how to handle it.
The fan identified as Prettypruddy asked Toke how she survived divorce. To that, the media personality said that she took things one day at a time because there were good and bad days. Toke also told the fan that she would smile again.
