Going down on one knee to ask someone for their hand in marriage is scary enough for most husbands-to-be.
But Kristian Richards took it one step further by proposing 3,000ft up on a boulder wedged perilously between two cliffs.
Mr Richards, 33, from the Isle of Sheppey in Kent, took his girlfriend Bex Morley in Kjeragbolten, Norway to pop the question in the most dramatic way.

The factory worker from the Isle of Sheppey in Kent took his now fiancee to Kjeragbolten in Norway
He told The Sun: ‘Most people are terrified their girlfriend might say no — but I had other things to worry about.
‘I was worried I’d drop the ring. If it went, we weren’t getting it back.’
Fortunately Ms Morley said yes and they soon returned to safer ground.
The factory worker said: ‘It was scary but Bex was more worried than me. She said yes — but I think she just wanted to get off the boulder.’
Kjeragbolten is a popular tourist destination and is often used as a site for base jumping
The couple had been hiking in Norway before Mr Richards took her on to the precarious boulder.
