Kim Kardashian has reportedly bought supermodel Cindy Crawford’s coastline Malibu mansion, costing her $70.4 million (£62 million).
It is said to be the most expensive property that has been sold in Malibu this year, which was once home to model Cindy Crawford and more recently Yellowstone star Barret Swatek and her husband Adam Weiss.
It is described as a “chic beachside oasis” and will soon be 41 year old Kim’s new home, according to reports.
The mother-of-four spends most of her time in the $60 million family home she previously shared with her ex-husband Kanye West, 45.
But the KUWTK star is now also said to be thinking long-term, by constructing two holiday homes that she’ll be able to enjoy with her children – North, nine, Saint, six, Chicago, four, and three year old Psalm.

The dreamy home is the fourth priciest home in the State of California and was first listed for $99 million (£87m) in March through Coldwell Banker.
This is more than double the price that Cindy, 56, and her husband Rande Gerbe, 60, sold it for in 2018 at $45 million.

The guest bedrooms include their own en-suites, with one having a private entrance, bathroom and kitchen.

And Kim won’t even have to leave her new home for work or exercise, as the mansion has its own gym as well as a media room.
But the star of the show has to be the spectacular pool and spa, which has also its own cabana and fireplace.
While you have stellar views of the sea from the mansion, it also has its own path leading down to the “white sands of El Sol Beach”.

It comes after it was claimed that single Kim is looking to date “someone older” following her split from Pete Davidson in August.
A source told E! news: “Kim’s expressed she’s ready to date someone older but it has to be the right person who understands her life. She isn’t compromising her freedom right now.
“She enjoys dating and is definitely open to putting herself out there again.”
