Cristiano Ronaldo grabbed his 750th career goal on Wednesday night, December 2, when Juventus defeated Dynamo Kyiv in their penultimate Champions League group fixture at the Allianz Stadium.
Ronaldo was at the end of a low cross as he made a simple tap-in at the near post to make it 2-0 in the 57th minute
His goal in the encounter means the former Manchester United and Real Madrid striker has now scored 71 home goals in the competition, overtaking arch rival Lionel Messi who has 70.
The Old Lady had opened the scoring Federico Chiesa in the 21st minute, before Alvaro Morata completed the rout to make it 3-0.
Messi registered his 70th goal in the competition during Barcelona’s famous 2-0 win over Juventus in Turin on October 28, a match Ronaldo was sidelined, no thanks to positive coronavirus.
Federico Bernardeschi had conceded a penalty after tripping Ansu Fati inside the danger area, before the Barcelona captain stepped-up to score from the spot making it 70 goals in 74 Champions League matches.

Messi was not in action during Barcelona’s 4-0 rout of Dynamo Kyiv on the night Ronaldo grabbed a goal to overtake the Argentine.
