Popular music business executive Jude Okoye has taken to social media to give an update regarding the issue of a young man who issued death threats to him on Instagram, over the recent Cynthia Morgan’s contract issue that went public.

The record label boss in a post shared on his verified Instagram page disclosed that the man in question has written a statement and apologized for his actions.

In addition, Okoye noted that the man has also been made to sign an undertaking by the police officers.

According to him, he has now asked the police officers to set the man free.

“He has made statements, written an undertaking and also apologized. I have asked that he be released,” Okoye said.

Earlier on, it was reported the music executive shared death threat messages he received from a young man over Cynthia Morgan. In the chat shared, the said man threatened to ‘eliminate’ him for killing Morgan’s career.

The businessman shared the chats and several photos of the man and tagged Police PPR officer, Dolapo Badmus. Shortly after, a video surfaced confirming the arrest of the man identified online as @morningstarincorporated.
