“I personally am in good shape. We’re missing a few strikers, above all Duvan Zapata, while Ilicic is suspended and Luis Muriel returned from international duty not feeling good.
“We’ve still got XI against XI and will give our best to achieve a positive result,” the captain told Sky Sport Italia.
Papu will be up against fellow Argentina internationals Paulo Dybala and Gonzalo Higuain.
“It’s going to be an entertaining game, there are a lot of Argentines involved and it’s nice to see my fellow countrymen taking a starring role in Serie A.
“If we win, then we can close up on the top spots and reopen our campaign.”
