Fiorentina have made their first offer to Sporting CP for Raphinha, it’s reported, at €16m between loan and obligation to buy.
The Viola are seeking more reinforcements for their trident attack after bringing in Franck Ribery and Kevin-Prince Boateng.
Sky Sport Italia reiterated they have been rebuffed for Sassuolo’s Domenico Berardi and Inter forward Matteo Politano.
The next choice is therefore Raphinha, with an initial proposal to take him on loan for €3m with an obligation to buy at the end of the season for a further €13m.
It is still considerably below the €25m asking price, but the Portuguese club is prepared to negotiate.
The 22-year-old Brazilian plays primarily on the right wing, but can also do a job on the left, and joined Sporting from Vitoria Guimaraes for €6.5m in the summer of 2018.
