Edin Dzeko is in the squad to face Inter on Friday, despite suffering from flu symptoms, but Federico Fazio, Javier Pastore and Justin Kluivert miss out.

The Giallorossi will have to wait on Dzeko’s condition until the last minute, as the Bosnian forward is struggling with a bout of flu.
Centre-back Fazio is not making the trip to San Siro at all, as he has a muscular issue.
Kluivert and Pastore have also not fully recovered, so remain in Rome for treatment with long-term absentees Davide Zappacosta and Bryan Cristante.
