Ewan McGregor’s daughter Clara McGregor is one tough cookie.
The 25-year-old actress showed up to the world premiere of “The Birthday Cake” on Friday with visible wounds on her face from a dog bite that had just recently happened.
“When a dog bite lands you in the ER 30 mins before the red carpet,” Clara captioned several Instagram pictures, including a high-spirited photo of herself sitting on a hospital bed during her emergency room visit.
She didn’t let the injury get in her way, opting for a beige Fendi suit on the red carpet at The Mob Museum in Las Vegas. But it was an unexpected accessory that caught everyone’s attention: She sported fresh, bloody cuts on her left cheek and nasal bridge.
“Talk about rallying and still looking flawless,” her co-star Siena Oberman commented. Supermodel Kaia Gerber, the daughter of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, added: “You’re so bad (expletive).”

McGregor and ex-wife Eve Mavrakis share four daughters together, including Clara, who is following in her famous father’s acting footsteps.
The father-daughter duo are set to star in Jimmy Giannopoulos’ crime drama “The Birthday Cake,” alongside Vincent Pastore, Ashley Benson and Penn Badgley.
“I Feel really lucky to have been a Co-Producer and Actor on this film with such an incredible cast and crew!” Clara McGregor captioned the film’s trailer in May.
“The Birthday Cake” hits theaters and video on demand Friday.
Clara joins a new generation of rising stars from celebrity families that are taking over the big screen, including Johnny Depp’s daughter Lily-Rose Depp, and Uma Thurman and Ethan Hawke’s daughter Maya Hawke.
