Controversial OAP Daddy Freeze has finally apologised to Bishop David Oyedepo for calling him names in a video that trended almost three years ago.
In the video shared online by ace comedian Alibaba, the media personality was heard countering a message the bishop had preached. While doing that, he mimicked the man of God and called him a bald-headed fowl.
Calling his attention to the video, Alibaba told Daddy Freeze that he went out of line in how he described the man of God. The comedian stated that it was disrespectful, noting that points could be made without resorting to abuse.

In a way to retrace his steps, Daddy Freeze took to his official Instagram page to share a video of himself apologising to the man of God.
According to him,
“My attention has been brought to a video I released some two years, seven months ago while addressing some issues that arose back then. I apologise for the delivery of my message and for any insult to Bishop David Oyedepo in that video as I did not intend in any way, dishonour, disrespect or disregard the person of the Bishop. The perceived intention to the contrary is regretted. My method of addressing doctrinal issues have long since evolved to a more scriptural and less confrontational approach.”
“I was and still passionate in my quest to address what I believe are unresolved doctrinal issues,, however, from a more amicable perspective. I am of the firm belief that for our faith to thrive, we as Christian believers must be open to absorbing new theological and doctrinal frames of references as against the faith model subsumed in unchallengeable beliefs. This can be achieved in love for the furtherance of our faith,” he said.

Just a few hours ago, another Pastor Paul Eneche waded into the matter between Daddy Freeze and the man of God.
In a video going viral on social media, founder of Dunamis International Gospel Centre described the media personality as a mad dog.
Eneche stated that the title fits him indeed, adding that he has not been behaving like someone who grew in a home.
