Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly decided to leave Juventus this summer despite having 12 more months left on his current deal with them.
The 36-year-old joined the Old Lady from Real Madrid in 2018 in a deal of around €100 million with the hope of helping them win the Champions League.
But, they have retrogressed since then having failed to go beyond the quarterfinal stage – their last two outings in the UEFA elite championship saw them ousted at the rounds of 16.

In spite of his impressive goals scoring form, he could not stop them from losing the Serie A title to Juventus for the first time in 10 years.
As if that was not enough, the Old Lady are also on the verge of not qualifying for the UEFA Champions League next season as they currently sit fifth on the log with one game left this term.
Reports however claim that the 36-year-old has begun to move his properties away from his mansion in Turin to an unknown destination.
Meanwhile, he could be on his way to Paris Saint Germain after Real Madrid and Manchester United stylishly distanced themselves from re-signing him this summer.
Ronaldo has scored 36 goals in all competitions for Juve – 29 of which came in the Serie A but all these failed to help him win his third straight topflight title.
