Leonardo Spinazzola, Marco Verratti and Domenico Berardi have all withdrawn from the Italy squad through injury, so Sandro Tonali comes in.
The trio pulled up for their respective clubs at the weekend, and the FIGC confirmed on Monday morning that they would not be travelling to Italy’s training base at Coverciano.
Only one of the three are replaced as Tonali is promoted from the Under-21s to fill in for the Paris Saint-Germain midfielder.
Roberto Mancini has 27 players at his disposal for when the Azzurri conclude their triumphant Euro 2020 qualifying campaign against Bosnia-Herzegovina and Armenia.
Among them are three debutants in Brescia defender Andrea Cistana, Fiorentina midfielder Gaetano Castrovilli and Bologna winger Riccardo Orsolini.
