The Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) on Sunday, September 20, unveiled the new kit that will be used by the Super Eagles and the Super Falcons for the year 2020 to 2022.

Super Eagles of Nigeria are looking forward to their next friendly games in October and also 2021 African Cup of Nations qualifiers.

In the photos posted by the Nigerian Football Federation on their official twitter account, the likes of Wilfred Ndidi, Asisat Oshoala and Samuel Chukwueze can be seen smiling wearing the shirts.

Nigeria finished third at the 2019 African Cup of Nations in Egypt beating Tunisia in the third place encounter.

They lost against Algeria in the semifinal with Manchester City winger Mahrez scoring the winner against the three-time African champions.

Meanwhile, Gernot Rohr has promised Nigerians that his wards would do well in the coming competitions.

Earlier, Legit.ng had reported how Nigeria’s Super Eagles moved up from 31st position to 29th in the latest FIFA ranking released by the world football governing body on Thursday, September 17.

This development will come as a great one for the three-time African champions ahead of their double friendly games coming up in October this year.

In the new ranking, Nigeria are now occupying third position in Africa behind Tunisia and AFCON 2019 runners-up Senegal who are occupying first.

Senegal were beaten in the final of the 2019 African Cup of Nations held in Egypt by Algeria who are occupying fourth on the latest FIFA ranking.

Nigeria on the other hand defeated Tunisia to win bronze medal at the 2019 AFCON after losing against Algeria in the semifinal.

Morocco are occupying fifth position in Africa on the latest FIFA ranking, while Ghana are sixth and Egypt seventh on the table.
