CDD: 3rd Edition of National Anti-Corruption Strategy and Development

The 3rd edition of high level strategies, section/policy round table of the national anti corruption strategy and development held on the 8thof august 2019, at Chelsea hotels

Mr Dayo Olaide of the Mac Arthur foundation appreciated the effort of NACS for their fight against corruption

He also said that the fight against corruption can make impacts in the lives of every Nigerian when we all rise to fight corruption.

The second speaker Madam Lilian Ekenayanwun the head of technical department Centre for Democracy and Development (CDD), mentioned 5 strategies point in fighting corruption in Nigeria in support of the Buhari administration.

She also emphasized on the aims of NACS to fight corruption at all levels of government

A member of representative from Open Society Initiative also suggested that quarterly programs should be organized to know the level of progress in the fight against corruption in Nigeria.

Mrs Amaka from Bureau Public Procurement said that the younger generations need to be oriented also there should be a depth of moral value.  Lastly she said that media should help to educate the public and the youth in order to fight corruption.

Lastly comrade Chris from Anambra (the man working at the grass root to fight against corruption) said Nigerians have a lot of work to do at the sub national level in fighting corruption

The said anti corruption strategies has been adopted with the help of partners in Anambra state.
