MIKEL Arteta has called on his Arsenal players to show a clinical touch against Liverpool on Monday.
The Gunners head to Anfield looking to win there for the first time since 2012, when Arteta was on the pitch.
In two games against Jurgen Klopp’s side since taking the reins at Arsenal, Arteta has two wins – on in the Premier League and the second on penalties in the Community Shield.
Now, in his first visit as a manager to Anfield, the Spaniard knows Arsenal must go out to dominate if they are going to get a result.
“You know, in big games like that, every detail is really important to get a win,” Arteta said. “We have to dominate a lot of aspects in the game and how we manage the game in certain aspects as well.

“When we have our opportunities, we have to put them in the net.
“I haven’t been to Anfield with them yet but I’m expecting that every ground we go to, we’re going to prepare for the game to win and that they realise they are good enough to do that.
“Obviously that has to be by an incredible performance individually and collectively. We need to manage every detail the game requires.”
The Gunners go into the game having won all three of their games in all competitions so far this season. Arteta has settled on a back three formation and wants to see that progress continue on Monday.
