WBA, IBF, and WBO heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua has admitted watching Mike Tyson’s videos to learn how to box.
Joshua who has suffered just one defeat in his 24 professional fights and according to him Mike Tyson played a big role in his career as he used to watch him and try lot of his moves in the garden.
Joshua said in an interview with The Sun: “My workout regime is always boxing and it’s one of the things I love most about boxing. Out of all sports, you really don’t need much to get started.

“It’s just a pair of shorts, some trainers, and you can just start shadow boxing straight away.
“Watch some Mike Tyson and you can just pick up some things — that’s what I used to do. I’d watch Mike Tyson a lot and try his moves in the garden.
“Go to the park, shadow box, go running, listen to a bit of Rocky music, get into your mind that you’re a boxer and then you’re good to go.”
Mike Tyson, who became the youngest ever heavyweight world champion in 1986 at the age of 20, is planning a comeback to the sports and Joshua admits he would love to see him doing what he does best once again.
Joshua said: “This is what we breathe. This is what we are. And especially someone like Iron Mike Tyson, that’s all that man knows.
“For everyone else it’s a comeback, but for him it’s just what he does. He’s a fighter, right?
“He’s probably just took a little break but for everybody else it’s like, ‘Oh my God! Mike Tyson is making a comeback!’
“But for Mike Tyson it’s like, ‘This is what I do. I’m a fighter by nature’ so if he’s back in the ring then I would love to see it. I’d definitely be one of the viewers, that’s for sure.”

Earlier, Legit.ng reported that Anthony Joshua has opened up on his love life revealing he doesn’t have a girlfriend and haven’t had one for a while.
Joshua made this revelation in an interview with The Sun, even as he admitted he would like to find love with “someone to grow with,” but he is still searching for the perfect match.
The 2-time boxing heavyweight champion has a four-year-old son, JJ, from a previous relationship but still remains single.
According to him, much of his time is taken up by training and his dedication to boxing, but he was quick to note that a sportsman can still date and be successful but it is hard to find a balance.
