Amy Hart shares plans for ‘hospital’ birth and says she has her ‘girl name’ ready

Pregnant Amy Hart has revealed that she’s “sorted” a girl’s name for her unborn child as she shared her birthing plans.

Amy revealed that she was expecting her first child in August, and is due to give birth in March 2023.

The Love Island star has since been inundated with questions about pregnancy, motherhood and her baby – sparking the 30 year old to take to Instagram to respond to fans.

When asked if she’s picked boys and girls names, Amy penned: “Girls name is sorted”.

She went on: “Boys we find really difficult as most are either in our boring or weird categories (everyone’s categories are different remember).”

Sharing her guidelines for name picking, Amy listed off the following: “Striking, not weird/made up (as in a noise rather than a word), not boring, not reaaallyy old fashioned, nothing in the top 10, ideally nothing in top 50 but I’m willing to move on that”.

Meanwhile, Amy’s partner Sam Rason has a much simpler list and just wants their child to not have a last name as a first name, as she listed Presley and Kingsley as examples.

“People keep suggesting Grayson,” she went on to share, which she labelled as “one of my fave”.

However, she went on to note that despite loving the name, Grayson rhymes with Sam’s surname of Rason and questioned if it was “fair” to call their child that.

Birthing plans wise, Amy said she’s planning on having her baby in hospital with Sam as her main birthing partner.

She also wants her mum as her “birthing assistant” for when Sam needs to leave the room.

In addition to this, the expectant mother has booked on to a hypnobirthing course – something that helps people deal with the fear and anxiety of giving birth.

As Amy shares her pre-birth plans, the 30 year old has already shared her post-birth rules as she hiariously told people to “bring me cake”.

Speaking to her followers on TikTok, she said: “I keep seeing these videos everywhere so I thought I had to do one. So here are my top non-negotiable very strict rules for when I have my baby…

“So, number one, I’d say like… don’t come round if you’re ill.

“And then number two… if you’re going to come round, bring me a cake. It doesn’t need to be a big cake, could be like a Belgian bun, maybe a pack of two, one for me, one for yourself?

“Maybe a pecan danish, perhaps? Maybe if you’re coming to the sip and see, don’t forget to bring a bottle.”
