The season picks up in the aftermath of Perry’s death, with the Monterey Five all handling things the best way they can.

Madeline, Jane, Celeste, and Renata doing pretty OK. Bonnie, on the other hand…eh, not so much.
The premiere already was chalk-full of a LOT of promising content to come: Bonnie’s guilt, Abigail throwing away her future, and the arrival of Mary Louise.
