Arsene Wenger speaks ahead of Saturday’s trip to Swansea

Arsenal head off to south Wales on Saturday to face Swansea and their new manager Paul Clement, who is yet to take charge of a Premier League game.

The Gunners have enjoyed mixed fortunes of late, losing 2-1 to Manchester City three weeks ago and then having to settle for a draw at Bournemouth in their last Premier League outing.

They did, however, overcome a dogged Preston side in the FA Cup last weekend and their battling performances in the last two fixtures suggest they’re up for a fight, even if they’re slightly out of form.

Swansea, meanwhile, have lost five of their last six games in all competitions, although they did beat fellow strugglers Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park in their last league game.

Arsene Wenger is due out to speak to the media at 9am, and we’ll bring you live updates from London Colney right here.
