APC did not promise to restructure the country during its campaigns– Bisi Akande

Former Interim National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Chief Bisi Akande has declared that the party did not promise to restructure the country during its campaigns.

Akande, who spoke while addressing journalists shortly after the South West APC stakeholders meeting in Ibadan the Oyo State capital on Thursday, disclosed that there was no section of the party’s manifesto where restructuring can be found.

Akande also mentioned that the decision of the meeting was to allow states have powers in making decisions of their own by giving them more powers and functions.

He said “The decision of this meeting is not about that, the decision of the meeting advise the country to allow the state that have land to farm.”

Akande while speaking further commended the governors under the platform of the party saying that they have done excellently.
